Linda Leghorn is one of our favorite Chamber members (Guardian Realtors, Sam's Lawn Service) and a dear friend to many in and around Tuxedo. Her story is featured in an upcoming article in the Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) magazine. For the past several years, Linda - a non-smoker - has been fighting stage IV lung cancer, but though her cancer remains, Linda has been a huge inspiration to anyone who has ever faced serious disease. Three years ago she was given a 30% chance to live only a few months, yet Linda continues her battle today. Linda is a tremendous inspiration to all of us here in Tuxedo for her incredible spirit, resolution, and endless joy in the miracle that is life. She's a beautiful person and a great friend to all of us and we want to promote her story here to let everyone know the power of positive thinking and that you can succeed even when the world may be against you.
